CarePay is an initiative of Community Health Mission, a social impact organisation working toward improving healthcare accessibility and affordability in India through technology-enabled solutions.

By accessing and using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering with CarePay, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions along with our Privacy Policy and Consent Notice in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

These terms apply to all users of CarePay, including visitors, registered members, and users utilising financial or healthcare discount services.

Eligibility

To use CarePay, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
  • Agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.

We reserve the right to deny access or discontinue services to any user who does not comply with these terms.

User Account

Upon creating an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify CarePay immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. CarePay is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

Use of Services

CarePay’s services are provided solely for personal, non-commercial use. By using CarePay, you agree:

  • Not to misuse, abuse, or attempt to exploit any CarePay service for unauthorised purposes.
  • To refrain from using CarePay to conduct any illegal activities.
  • Not to interfere with or disrupt our service or servers.

We may suspend or terminate your access to CarePay if you violate these terms.

Healthcare Cost Savings

CarePay provides various methods to help reduce healthcare expenses, including access to discounts on medical services, diagnostics, and hospital bills. However, CarePay does not guarantee any specific savings, as actual reductions may vary depending on the healthcare providers, services, and terms offered by partner institutions.

Partner Services and Limitations

CarePay collaborates with healthcare providers, diagnostic centres, and pharmacies to offer exclusive discounts and offers. Please note:

  • CarePay is not liable for the services provided by partner institutions.
  • The availability and terms of offers may vary based on location, service provider, and eligibility.
  • CarePay is not responsible for changes in partner services or for any refusal of service by a partner.

Payment and Billing

All payments made through CarePay are subject to verification. You agree to:

  • Ensure sufficient funds are available for any payment transactions.
  • Be responsible for any charges associated with payment processing.
  • Review transaction records regularly and report discrepancies promptly.

CarePay is not responsible for issues arising from insufficient funds, incorrect billing, or other payment issues outside our control.


Limitation of Liability

CarePay is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use our services.
  • Any loss or harm resulting from interactions with partner healthcare providers.
  • Service interruptions or technical issues may affect your experience.

Our maximum liability, in any case, will not exceed the fees you paid for services, if applicable.

Termination of Service

CarePay reserves the right to terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms and Conditions. You may also choose to deactivate your account at any time.
